- Are there any chemicals in VLCC products?
All our VLCC products do not contain any harmful chemicals. They are totally Sulphate and Paraben free. Know more about Sulphates and Parabens here
- What places do we ship to?
We ship our orders across India.
- Do you have Cash on Delivery as a payment option?
Yes, we do have Cash on Delivery (CoD) as a payment option for over 12,000 pincodes.
- How long would my order take to reach?
About 4-5 working days if you choose Standard delivery. We also have Next Day Delivery for selected pincodes.
- What is the status of my order?
Please use 'TRACK ORDER' button in the footer.
- Can I return an item if I don't like it, and if so how?
We have a 7 days after delivery return and replacement policy. Simply call our support number at 1800 202 8050 (we take calls on Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 5:30 PM). Please don't start shouting immediately, ask for the person who looks after online shopping (you don't want to shout at the wrong guy, it’s no fun). - Do you ship outside India?
Unfortunately, we do not directly ship orders to locations outside India. In case of any particular queries please write to us at help@vlccproducts.com
- Can you deliver my order tomorrow?
Yes, we offer Next Day Delivery at selected pin codes for Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri).
